What we publish
Every page is written to answer a question a person actually has, and is reviewed against a published checklist before it can be published. Pages are stored with an author, a reviewer and a last-reviewed date, all of which are shown on the page.
What we refuse to publish
We do not publish invented prices or price ranges, response times, job counts, technician counts, star ratings, review counts, certifications we have not verified, or assurances about how an insurer will treat a particular loss. An automated validator scans every page for claim-shaped language before publication and blocks the page if it finds an unsupported claim.
The quality gate
A page cannot be indexed unless it is published, has been quality-approved by a reviewer, and passes an automated check for: a unique title and description, a minimum amount of substantive content, verifiable local context where the template requires it, complete service-specific guidance, at least one FAQ, and near-duplicate detection against every other page on the site. A page that fails any of these stays in draft and noindex. This is enforced by a database constraint, not only by application code.
Sources and corrections
Where a page makes a claim that needs support, the source is listed at the foot of the page. Where we describe local context, it is limited to facts a reader can verify — municipal status, named watercourses, state routes — with a pointer to the authoritative source for anything address-specific. What this content is not
Nothing on this site is a professional inspection, a legal opinion, an insurance coverage determination or medical advice. Only someone physically examining your property can tell you what is wrong with it. In an emergency, call 911.
