This site provides general information and a matching service. It does not provide professional inspection, engineering, legal, insurance or medical advice. Information here is general and may not apply to your property. Only a qualified professional who examines your property can advise you about it.
No assurance of availability or outcome
We do not promise that a provider will be available for your area, that any provider will contact you, that work will be performed to any standard, or that any insurance claim will be resolved in any particular way. Where no verified provider covers your request, we say so.
Acceptable use
Do not submit false information, submit requests on behalf of someone who has not asked you to, attempt to overload or probe the service, or scrape the site for commercial purposes. We rate-limit submissions and may block abusive traffic.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from your use of this site or from any provider's work, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us, which is ordinarily nothing because this service is free to you.
Emergencies
This site is not an emergency service. If there is a risk to life, a gas smell, a structural collapse risk or an electrical hazard, call 911 and your utility before doing anything else.
